Acceptance of These Terms

By using luxbeautymodesto.com, requesting a consultation or booking a service with Lux Beauty Medical Group, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.

Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your time to another guest. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and appointments missed without notice, are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or the need to reschedule.

Consultations & Medical Suitability

All treatments are subject to a clinical assessment under the oversight of our Medical Director. Please share a complete and accurate health history with your provider. We may decline or postpone a treatment when it is not clinically appropriate for you. Submitting a request through our website does not confirm an appointment or establish a patient–provider relationship.

Pricing, Packages & Refunds

Prices shown on our website are provided for guidance and may change; your final treatment plan and pricing are confirmed with you in person. All sales are final. Services, deposits, packages and products cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred except where required by law.

Prepaid packages and banked product must be used within one year of the purchase date. Promotions cannot be combined unless noted and have no cash value.

Clinic Policies

To maintain a calm, private and safe environment, children are not permitted in treatment areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow our safety and conduct standards.

Results & Limitation of Liability

Aesthetic results are personal and vary by individual; no specific outcome is guaranteed. By booking a treatment, you acknowledge the risks associated with medical-grade aesthetic procedures, which your provider will review with you. Following your pre- and post-treatment instructions is essential to your safety and results. Photos on this website are for demonstration purposes only.
